test and treat policy

test  and treat policy has helped a lot of parents in my community especially malaria treatment.a child who was always sick was saved from further complications/ death.the mother reported the child of having malaria symptoms all the time and continuously giving anti malarial drugs got from the pharmacy without testing.i insisted one day that we must test before treatment which she accepted.upon screening we found out the child was having sickle cells not malaria.linked them up to the pediatrician for further management.the child and mother are both healthy and happy now.am happy too for my services
