Introducing myself and my journal: Gender equality should begin from the home

About Me:
My name is Zalika, i live in one small town called Asella. I hava BA degree in Economics. I hold this BA before six year. In my organization, my management did't look me as male worker and they did't give me good position as male workers that have the same educational background with me.For this reason i need to learn more and look them my efficiency. But they did't give me a chance of education or they did't give me financial aid. For this reason i can't continue my education. In short if i get a sponsorship/financial/ i continue my education friday and sunday. I need help.
