About Me:
Having more than 11 years diverse and multi sector experience with National and International organizations working on humanitarian needs and community based development projects. Key sectors and strengths are.
 High knowledge and proven experience in conducting need assessments, developing, managing, monitoring and evaluating humanitarian aid projects, in particular in emergencies, complex emergences and manmade/ natural disaster contexts
 High knowledge and proven experience in international donation systems, conducting fundraising/resource development activities, contacting donors, preparing, managing budgets and organizations capacity assessment and capacity building
 High knowledge and proven experience in administrative, financial and HR management in NGOs, conducting evaluations, organizing capacity building activities, implementing and strengthening management procedures
 High familiarity in communication with media, governmental authorities, diplomatic representatives, international donors and community groups
 High interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work and live in a multicultural societies, communities and environment.
 High Knowledge and proven Experience in managing community based, Health, Education, WASH, Livelihoods, Environment, DRR, Gender, Nutrition, Advocacy, social protection, shelter and disabilities issues related projects
 High knowledge and experience in working as free lance journalist and related issues to print and electronic media
 High Knowledge of political, religious, cultural affairs of the world Specially Pakistan, Afghanistan, KPK, FATA, AJK, Rural, and Northern Area of Pakistan. Good negotiation skill. Have a good sense of humor.
