I am an enthusiastic, challenge driven and dynamic Public Health professional with a motivation to excel. Having worked as a Faculty- Public health for over a year now, guiding research papers and term papers of students, have developed stronger skills in research, written and oral communication.
My strong background in I.C.T, combined with my extensive experience in Training, Mobilizing, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing a variety of projects in the community. I am highly organized and self motivated and thrive in high-pressure environments. A solid team player, I work to tight deadlines and have plenty of initiative.
My love for adventure starting 7 years ago when I joined a running club. The trails were amazing, after run feel was just awesome. After several insane training and full marathons finisher’s medals, I was ready to try something more challenging-An ultra marathon. I chose the two oceans marathon a 56 km race in Capetown which is Known globally as "the world's most beautiful marathon".
I am a seeker, wanderer, lover, mother, wife, sister, daughter, auntie, niece, granddaughter, musician, dancer, conversationalist, protector, peacekeeper, and so much more. I host a talk show called The Transformation Highway that is dedicated to being a platform for people of all walks of life who are transforming themselves and the world around them for the better.
I am 48 years old. have two grown children and three grandchildren. I have recently had to stop working because of diabetic neuropathy. I am waiting for a disability hearing. I live with my daughter and her two children. I have made a lot of mistakes in my past. I was on dope for 10 years, I've been clean for 9 years.
I am really bad at playing the guitar, I could probably be good but I don't practice. I play some piano, I sing sometimes. I love films, I love music and yoga. If I walk up a hill or dance for a while I count that as exercies. I love getting to know people, it gives me a buzz, i'm good at it. I have about 5 friends and they are the best friends in the world.
I am born and raised in one of the remotest rural village in Papua New Guinea. I experienced the rural life. The hardship we faced as being a women. My vision is to help assist my sisters and mothers to improve their living standard.
I am an analytical and thoughtful leader who wants to invest my time and energies into efforts that bring about positive and meaningful change in the lives of others. I am also a life-long learner and hope to broaden my perspective by joining women from across the world and learning from each other.
