Being a citizen of an poverty struck underdeveloped country, i have seen people in destitution in my community and how it degrades human's moral consciousness. I have seen communities where women are being suppressed, mentally and physically tortured in the name of religion and culture.

I’m the National Director of two amazing programs. One is called National Voter Registration Day; it gets people registered to vote. Last year — the inaugural year — we registered over 300,000 people across the country within 24 hours. (We also kinda created the whole “holiday” from scratch. Turns out you don’t need government approval to do that sort of thing.)
