I've been a journalist for nearly three decades, covering coal miners, chief executives, entrepreneurs and women. I believe strongly that this is an important moment for women around the world, a time of self expression, growth and leadership, a time when women are composing their lives in diverse and distinct ways. I'm eager to hear the voices of women around the world.
