I founded African Creations in 1998 and ever since have prepared women artisans in Africa to reach the global marketplace. They can achieve economic self-sufficiency through their traditional crafts and preserve their cultural heritage.

I'm Swedish but have lived and worked for several years in South Africa, Bosnia-Hercegovina, Georgia, Armeina, Azerbaijan, Chad and Sudan. Am currently living in Paris. Interested in gender perspectives on modernisation of societies, demcratisation and conflict prevention. To make people accept that despite being a woman, and a blond one on the top of it, I am as capable as a man.
I am an american college student and among the first generation in my family to ever attend college. My father is an immigrant and my mother's grandfather also immigrated here from the Philippines. I am very proud to be so multicultural. Currently I am studying sociology/anthropology in school! Helping the oppressed and underrepresented populations, communication, meeting new people.
