I have lived in varius parts of the world--5 years in Africa when my children were young.I am a widow and have 11 grandchildren. Working as a volunteer in other countries has been my way to spend my free time in the lst 10 years.

I am a graduate student, studying to be a chaplain to mentally ill homeless individuals. I am also founder of a small non-profit coffeehouse called The Green Bean coffeehouse which uses its space to raise awareness for local and global non-profits and its tips to generate financial support for the non-profits that we partner with.

The internet provides so much opportunity to learn and share life experiences. Chatting and texting online allows me to teach english with people in other countries.
