On behalf of the Women's Commission for refugee Women and Children, I am writing a book about refugee girls and other displaced girls throughout the world, and the issues that affect them either uniquely or disproportionately, by virtue of their gender and their age.

We then reinvest profits into local, non-governmental women's health and empowerment programs.
