Adedayo Adeniyi, popularly known as Dayo Nigeria is a young man that burns with an unbridled passion for Nigeria which is evident in all that he does even to his choice of clothing. He eats, sleeps, breathes Nigeria and he probably has green flowing through his veins. Through his eyes, you see a nation that is complete, beautiful. He is not blind, however, to the many challenges that we face as a country and it is in light of this that rather than sit back, twiddle his thumbs and complain about the deteriorating state of the nation, he has decided to be a voice for change. It is often said that the youths are the leaders of tomorrow and as much as that sounds like a cliché, it rings with truth and true transformation begins with the younger generation. It is in the realization of this that Dayo Nigeria made it his mission that every young person in Nigeria live their lives with this consciousness.

Right from his undergraduate days at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, he has held various leadership positions from being the National Vice-President of the National Association of Students of English and Literary Studies (NASELS) to pioneering The SMILES FOUNDATION, a non-profit organization that helped put kids of the victims of the Ife-Modakeke communal clashes, back in school between November 2008 and October 2009.

In October 2011, he was nominated as one of the top 100 youths involved in community development across Nigeria by the YoungStars Foundation in partnership with the Federal Ministry of Youth Development due to increased impact, inspiration and selfless service to the Nigerian society.

In 2014, he started a leadership and transformation conference; Take the Leap, a biannual conference held in the city of Osogbo, Osun State in Nigeria where bright young persons from different parts of Nigeria share their success stories with other youths to spur them to do more. In that same year, Matadors Leadership Institute was born. It is a leadership, human resource and human capital development organization that is driven by the passion to develop better, reformed and daring leaders through mentoring and empowering the younger generation and to further have a greater and wider impact at targeting the younger generation in their formative years and make them incorruptible and excellent leaders.
He has authored two books; The Rank Shifting and The Transformers and lives by the creed; \"It takes a transformed people to transform a nation\".

We are sure of a better tomorrow because of people like this who have seen this great future and are now working tirelessly to bring it to reality.
