About me

I have from my childhood days committed to serve women just as my mother who is giving free English and Leadership classes to children, especially women from rural communities. Community service is what really interests me. I do not know the exact reason as to why I’m so interested in it. However, from my childhood days I have actively engaged myself in community service. I strongly believe that you do not always have to join an organization or a team to make a difference. Being an individual you can do so; the idea is to help others and none of your actions are unimportant or can be considered unworthy, it is the thought that counts and not the time, money or energy you put in. it promotes positive attitudes in me by encouraging me to be more engaged in my own community. I started volunteering as an option to fight boredom, and as an opportunity and it turned out to be an exciting way of investing your time and energy in a worthy cause. Apart from that I enjoy swimming, writing and reading. I like to work as a team and always be surrounded with people. I like an active, exciting and an adventurous life and community service grants me all these options I expect in a hobby or an event.

women education and empowerment through mobilization and empowerment are my key interests. My dream is to fly high and embark a career in community work, while I run my own organization that serves for women, by women. I leave my thoughts with the famous words, " educate a woman, you educate a nation". How wonderful the world would be if all women were able to make decsions for themselves and for others positive change.
