Introducing myself and my journal: 21st Century Women

About Me:
Miss Ansong has progressed professionally and developed new skills and proficiencies over the years, turning her into a multi-skilled person. Her new areas of competence and engagement now include: Front desk oversight and human resource management, liaising with relevant government agencies to obtain legal documents, reliefs and tax compliance issues for expatriate and international staff. Specific cases include work and residence permits, tax clearance and exempts, visas, arranging relocations including shipments, freighting, and both long and short-term accommodation. Other core experiences are procurement following procurement laws and procedures, book keeping, processing of allowances for staff going on work-related trips locally and internationally, confidentiality and personal management of official engagements of full-time and seconded staff, interns and national service personnel. Key skills and personal professional principles include good human relations – including building and maintaining a relationship or contact log, sound financial management through budgeting and reporting, and supporting project proposal development. Ensuring high quality standards, being self-organised and disciplined, and sustained self-motivation are essential values she projects in all professional and social engagements.
