Introducing myself and my journal: Reliable Companion

About Me:
I am a Journalist, Social Mobilizer and Development Consultant mobilizing the vulnerable population, nay! Women, into a cohesive network that stimulates them to form groups in their local communities in order to analyse their situation and initiate activities for enhanced livelihoods. Through my publication, "Reliable Companion", I try to bring to the fore, contributions individuals and groups are making towards improving the living standard of women with a view to recognising their roles in sustainable development. Through an annual Mothers'Club Camp organised for women in the rural communities I build the capacities of young women and girls to become empowered assertive leaders with courage and impressive self-confidence. This is my own way of taking education to the doorsteps of the rural women.

The difficult terrains of the impoverished communities of Cross River State wher I volunteered ro work. Lack of interner facilities

To see a world where eveeyone haa acess to the information and services they need to live a healthy and empowered lives
