Introducing myself and my journal

About Me:
I was born in Mexico. I moved to the United States with my two years old daughter. Is been thirteen years and lots of adventures as a single mother. Unpacking the reality of the past and trying so hard to make sense of it for the better. I am a strong woman that does not give up. I am a woman that questions everything. I am a woman that believes that her daughter and other girls and women can have respect dignity and freedom. I am a student at Portland State University with a double mayor, Child and Family Studies and Women Studies.
I married my parter 3 years ago, we share our home in SE Portland. We have three kids in our lives, Veyda, Lucretia and Frank. In our home we are all students and we like sports. My partner is a Doctoral Resident and I am an undergrad. Veyda is a Sophomore in High School, Lucretia is in Middle School and Frank is in Fourth grade. I am very proud of them.
