VOF Week 1: Web 2.0 or how to reshape this new century for the best

Web 2.0 means the world to me. I have discovered it. I am not leaving it. No way. This page came to me as a surprise. It unexpectedly changed my life. I never imagined I would have the awesome opportunity to read what you people have to say about your lives. Or that I would be able to tell you about my feelings, my thoughts and my heart's desires.
There is no way to explain how I felt the first time somebody answered my post. I had no experience in this, so I didn't know if someone actually had read my post, and wondered if anyone would be interested on the theme I touched, but I didn’t have to wait very long for an answer. And here I am. Happier than a kid with a new toy. Can’t wait to read your answers, that fill my soul with hope and joy.
The power that comes from within, is the real power. Yours and mine. Ours. That is the kind of power that we will find together through this awesome tool. When we read about something, sooner or later it will be transferred into our community, thousands of miles away from where the thought was first written. By the power of our written word, we will be united, fight for our dreams, dream of a new future, and of course, share our laughter, our tears, our victories and defeats. This is what will lead us to become more powerful: a new way of communicating the world that we know who we are and what we want and that we will get it, in our own terms. NOW.
This path can change the one thing we need to change all over the world: the way us, women, see ourselves. We will surely grow on self esteem, but even more important, we will help others to build their own pride.
PROUD TO BE PART OF THIS, conscious of the road, ready for the change. Feeling already more powerful.
