Introducing myself and my journal: IF I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY

About Me:
Kindly accept my heartfelt compliments of high esteem and I am pleased to introduce myself.
My name is Mrs. Kadiatu Kamara- Johnson. I was born April 3, 1974 in Liberia, West Africa. I am a 2010 Graduate of the University of Liberia, West Africa majoring in sociology, miner anthropologist, selective political science. I am married and my husband and I have Two Boys Children. I was born unto the union of Mr. and Mrs Mohammed Kamara. My mother name is Oumu Massally Kamara. They came from the Republic of Guinea, Conakry in the 60s and settle in Liberia. We are four children born unto this union, three girls and one boy. Unfortunately for us and as the only child attending school from some small business my mother was selling, the bloody and devastating Liberia fourteen (14) years civil crisis came and we had to run to Guinea Conakry for refuge and safety in a village where I beg people, do domestic work to continue my high school education until the Liberian civil crisis ended and we went back to Liberia.

I am from a destitute, distress and disadvantaged family, but with a vision and focus a Pro-Bono Women Rights and Protection Lawyer. Things were very rough and tough as my parents were starting life over, I mean over. I started begging people in the community to help me go to the University of Liberia as my parents never had the money to take care of the family or send any of the children to school. I almost got rape, used or abused by heartless and wicked men that wanted to used my situation to exploit me but thank God I stood my ground.
