The most precous is not a diamond but a Woman

I am honoured to be a member of World Pulse. Thanks to Jensine Larsen who discovered this orgarnization, now voices and solutions of grassroots women and youth can be on World stage.

I personally believe that women hold the key to a better world. From the beginning, a man is carried for 9 months by a womanuntil she gives birth. She taks care of him until he is a man. this should make all men respect women.

Most women are dejected and rejected in our societies. this causes women to feel inferior to men and this inferiority complex creates different forms of violence towards women from verbal abuse, domestic violence or women rights. Women are very precious than diamond. They shape the future of our communities and nations. Empowering women and girls solves problems, unlike men who just blame each other.

This is revealed by the transparency and accountability of women headed communities. Like Jensine, i was a very shy young girl. i could not even speak in public. As i grew up, i gained courage and made everything possible. Being an overweght young lady, i must have not been beautiful in peopls' eyes, but i saw a beautiful princess when i looked in the mirror. This gave me the courage to communicate with people, creating connections, with the aim to transform my world.

If only all intitutions globally could be lead or be advised by womenour problems would be solved. All male leaders should have women advisors and women shoul be placed in dicision making positions, because they are better lovers, carers and are more passionate.

A lot of obstacles prohibit women from reaching the top. These are traditional, cultural and religious beliefs. I noticed a church here with a pastor who can just pick any beautiful girl from his congregation to be his wife,by preaching that she was given to him by God in his dream. The girl cant even object and she joins the group of the paster's wives. These women accept because they believe they were chosen by God, yet they are being manipulated.

I think polygamy should be banned and all polygamists should be arrested, easpecially religious men. W hat surprises me is that, the pasters who do this are very poor. These days a man is struggling to take care of 1 family, what more 5 families?

Women globally are mannipulated. Religiously men make dicisions and women follow, culturally, men play a leading role and pollitically, women do all the campaigning, but when it comes to parliament, very few women are considered and some don't even have a single women in their cabinet.

Women if you can give birth to life so nyou can give birth to a better world!!!
