Introducing myself and my journal

About Me:
I am Linda Belanston. I live in Haiti. I am an orphan of mother and my father is a poor person, a farmer. Early in my life I wanted to study the medicine; because of the economic situation of my family I didn’t have the possibility to realize my ideal. Fortunately, with the Providence help I have found the possibility to finance my studies in nursing. I was graduated in the march 17th 2014. Now I give my services as volunteer in a Hospital in Port-au-Prince.

In order to give a better service to my country, Haiti, I would like to have a scholarship in order to make a master in public health. Haiti has a great need in public health especially with some problems like: The cholera, the HIV, the chikungunya, the malaria, the malnutrition and the misery, the drug use, some families have a lot of children and they can’t take care of them, many young girls have children in their childhood, in some rural zones the people cover the food with plastic bags when they cook. It’s very dangerous for the health of the population. We have had the earthquake and generally many hurricanes. After these disasters always we have many persons who are ill. There are many problems and Haiti need many persons who are well trained in the field of public health. It’s for this reason I want to make the master in public health.

As I won't have the possibility to finance my studies and as I know also that the process for obtain a scholarship is a very long process, early I am contacting some organizations and foundations which will be able to help me to realize my project. It's that reason I come to contact you. Please how could you help me to have a scholarship in order to make a master in public health or in community health for the academic year 2015 -2016?
