Introducing myself and my journal: Dying to be mothers - Preventable maternal and neonatal deaths in Ghana's hospitals

About Me:
Executive Director and mother of Nyilale Vaah Junior (died at birth as a result of neglect and substandard care), Mrs Vaah is an experienced Finance and Accounting professional. Her first hand experience with such incompetence and negligence makes her a strong advocate for better service delivery and safety of our women and newborn babies in Ghana's hospitals.
