Decided to dedicate and devote his life to eradicate poverty of RURAL POOR, DOWN TRODEN AND WEAKER section of the society. Attained the position of prominent social activist of the region by virtue of frequent engagements with local and state level authorities and administrative machinery at various levels.

Widely respected and greatly adored by local community of men, women and kids alike irrespective of caste, colour and creed.

 Intermediate with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics in the year 1982.

 Graduated in 1985 with ECONOMICS, POLITICAL SCIENCE, SANSKRIT, HINDI & ENGLISH.

 Obtained Basic Proficiency of SOCIAL SECTOR at Karma Chaitanya Kendra, Kurukshetra.

 Attended IX ORIENTATION COURSE FOR OFFICIALS AND BOARD MEMBERS during Oct, 1988 at National Institute of Public Cooperation & Child Development, LUCKNOW.

 Attended ORIENTATION COURSE ON MOBILISATION OFCOMMUNITY RESOURCES FOR MCHILD CARE AND DEVELOPMENT during Feb, 1995 at NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC COPERATION AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT, NEW DELHI – 110016.

 Participated in ‘TRAINING PROGRAMME ON URBAN DEVELOPMENT PROJECT PARTICIPATION’ during Feb, 1995 organized by CENTER FOR RESEARCH DOCUMENTAION AND TRAINING, INSTITUTE OF TOWNPLANNERS, INDIA.

 Had been instrumental in forming Jan Iagriti Sangathan at KURUKSHETRA.

BRIEF BACK GROUND

Hailing from a ‘BRAHMIN’ family of village BAKHAR of SHEOHAR district of BIHAR state of the Republic of India, formed an organization NATIONAL COUNCIL OF SOCIAL WELFARE head-quartered at his residence in one of the remotest corners of the country in the year 1987 and finally registered on 12th Oct, 1990 getting legal status under SOCIETIES REGISTRATION ACT – 21 of 1860.

It is since then the organization as such is continuously dedicated to the causes of the rural poor attacking their sufferings from different angles, thereby making the life of the beneficiaries much easier to the extent possible.
