Juggling

Life is easier when you are single when you only have but yourself to think about. As a mother of two, a wife and a woman getting the right balance is a challenge. Add to these three roles a worker (a full time job 8 to 5 Monday to Friday) and all hell breaks loose, you would think. Well women are blessed with mufti-tasking ability and the drive to go on until all demands are met.
More often than not we find ourselves doing everything for everyone except ourselves. Well I always give myself at least 30 minutes a day of me time at the end of each day just before I sleep, to read a chapter or two from my novel or just to soak my feet in warm water lay back and listen to some soothing music on the radio.
This helps me release all the tension that may have built up during the day and just allows me to breathe. It works miracles for my mind and spirit.
