par exemple au moment ou on veut promouvoir, si on a une femme dans la boite qui a des compétences pour faire le travail elle ne sera pas promut ,on ira chercher l'homme je ne sais pas ou pour venir faire ce travail même s'il ne sais rien a propos du poste qu'on va lui offert seulement parce que il est un homme,
il y a une autre forme de violence trouver dans le milieu de service vous allez voir ces femmes qui fonts les travail de propreté dans des bureau ces femmes sont utilisent comme des prostituée des leurs patrons ces mamans n'ont pas a refuser parce qu 'elles ont besoins de travailler est en plus elle ne sont intimident par leurs patrons maintenant elles ont peur de perdre leurs poste .moi quand je voie tout cella je me pose mille est une question.
ces violences vont continuez jusque a quant.
parmi ces mamans il y a ceux qui ne savent pas leurs droits,est ceux qui savent ont peur d’être virer au boulot
chers mamans ce que nous vivons ici est très déplorable ,je vous demande mes chers de nous aider pour voir comment nous allons quittez dans cette situation,comment aider nos mamans a savoir leurs droits est comment les revendiquez
