I was so excited to learn about WorldPulse through its Voices of Our Future competition, and even more excited once I joined and experienced the supportive community!

Change in my country is a word that has started to be associated with negative connotations.
China is not a place short of changes. This country is going through such tremendous transformation that almost everyday,everyone living in this nation is trying hard to cope with.
Part of the things I want to see changed in my community include access to education for all, improved healthcare, better credit facilities for women entrepreneurs and a good low-cost housing scheme.
•What are your challenges and barriers to creating change in your community?

As you all know, Somalia and Somalis have suffered a lot. In the past 25 years, there has been a lot of death and destruction and there is still a lot of death and destruction ongoing.
My continuous involvement in health and development related field, focusing on sexual and reproductive rights promotion is influenced by the quote, “Be the change you want to see in the world” by Maha
I am now working on sexual and reproductive health issue organization. We are working on the fulfillment of sexual rights which we believed integral part of human rights.
