She contributes to the resolution of conflicts between two parties. She is the mediator of the peace for her country; she is an educator in that she warns and protects her nation; she is therefore the principal actress for the country’s development. The Internet helps her to do research and to have business relationships with other people at maximum speed. Everything today is concentrated on the Internet. If you do not know how to use this tool, you are useless in the 21st century and out of the loop.
