In everything there’s a beginning and where there’s a beginning there’s an ending. In between beginning and ending, for man, is living. Breakthrough or breakdown, it has to be done.

I was brought forth into this world through birthing after the consummation of two individuals. My parents had no idea, that act would bring to them their seventh child, their fifth girl child, a mother of three now, a wife, a sister, the me that I am.

Birth and the birthing process in its essence is our everyday. Gifted with the morning glare or morning dew is the birth of a new day, with a heartbeat, the birth of a moment, the continuity of time lived, with a thought, a dream watered, a word spoken, a declaration of the present brought to fruition, in its purest form, good or bad, painful or joyful, it is.

In my in between process, my living has brought me Here, Here is a place where you may have lived, are living or in the process of getting to.

In my living process, I am gifted to be a daughter, a sister, a mother, a wife, a friend, a woman, a worker, not in a specific order, as it really depends on the day. Living authentically embracing the gifts of my living each day with a knowing I am here. The moment I seize to live in my moment of Here, I live in the past, which has been lived or the future, yet to be lived. I am stalling the birthing process. If there’s anyone who can tell you the implications of a stalled Birth is a pregnant woman who has gone beyond their estimated due date. A due date is not set in stone; however, for a pregnant woman, due date is real time. The birthing process in our everyday living is not an option, whether you partake in it or not, it will happen, it is still happening, with or without you.
