Last ray of hope!

As it dawns after a long black night on earth, slowly moves aside the curtain of ignorance and darkness.Ironically, such dawn is yet to be dawned on the minds of people.
Around the world, where only terror, crime, fanaticism, wars,conflicts rule , the possibility of having an universal word, peace is getting diminished. But this grey cloud can't hover for long ,neither can despair our ignited minds nor can wipe the conviction of being strong.
What lacks within us is the sense , which falters every now and then, sometimes due to fear of religion, sometimes due to fear of status or fear of discrimination.
Isn't it so apt that years ago when Rabindranath Tagore wrote the following lines, the society still needed to break itself away from the chains of its own limitations and today too the world while being on the verge of losing its last hope of humaneness,awaits one such ray of hope ...

Where the mind is without fear

Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high

Where knowledge is free

Where the world has not been broken up into fragments

By narrow domestic walls

Where words come out from the depth of truth

Where tireless striving stretches its arms towards perfection

Where the clear stream of reason has not lost its way

Into the dreary desert sand of dead habit

Where the mind is led forward by thee

Into ever-widening thought and action

Into that heaven of freedom, my Father, let my country awake.

Will we be able to carry forth this hope and faith which took generation of leaders to fight for this universal peace?
Let's believe we all are the only and last ray of hope for the dying humanity.
