#IStandWithHer

Today, make a commitment to supporting your global sisters.

To commemorate the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-based Violence, World Pulse invites you to share a story about why you support those who are most impacted by violence every day.

This call for stories closed on Dec 10, 2019 at 11:59 PM GMT. If you have a story to share on this topic, go here.

We know the statistics. We know the realities of violence against women. We live the reality every day. But we are not and will not be numb to it. We refuse to be complacent.

Today, make your commitment to stand with women. Share a story, a video, a poem about:

  • Your commitment to supporting women globally
  • An action you want everyone to take to show solidarity
  • A time you gave or received support
  • Actions you will take during the 16 Days, and actions you will carry forward into the new year

Stories will be accepted through December 10. Share early—by 22 November—for a chance to be included in World Pulse's 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-based Violence social media promotions. You could even become a Featured Storyteller and receive a $100 US honorarium.
