You Are a Silence Breaker

IWD 2018

Be a Silence Breaker and join a global wave of solidarity.

Do you have a secret dream buried inside? An unspoken tale of survival or triumph? A message you have kept to yourself for too long? For many women, our silence is hurting us, and we are beginning to break it in greater numbers. We are sharing our stories and speaking out to our families, our communities, our nations, and to ourselves. This International Women’s Day, on World Pulse our voices will build to a global roar.

Whatever your story, in the lead up to International Women’s Day, World Pulse is calling on you to courageously speak the message that you have kept bottled inside for too long.

On March 8th we’ll unleash a wave of solidarity and supporters from around the world who will hear your story. They will provide encouraging comments and give moral support to every Silence Breaker who speaks out. Together we will create a world where women’s voices are valued for the power they have to transform the world.

Don’t hold back! Share your story in any format that fits your message— a narrative, a poem, a video, a photo essay. The world wants to hear from you.
