WorldPulse Spirit Awards Nominations: Ambassador Nomination

I was excited when I got the email announcing this spirit award. I cannot thank world pulse enough for all they do to encourage, uplift, appreciate sisters for the immeasurable work they do across the globe. This award is a big boost to the world pulse community of dedicated and hard working sisters, who do this  work passionately without thought of a reward, with their rewards being the feeling of seeing sisters anywhere stand up and own up their individual and collective voices. I wish I could nominate each and everyone of you sisters doing amazing jobs in your various corners because you are all amazing, worthy of crowns. My first Ambassador Nomination goes to Urmila Chanam.  (https://www.worldpulse.com/community/users/urmila-chanam) .Not only was she one of the first people to reach out to me when I joined WorldPulse, from our Voices of the Future class till now, I have followed Sis Urmila's Break The Silence movement around Menstruation and I am in awe. I am in awe of what A one woman Army, defying the odds and all, can do. I am in awe of her dedication and commitment to her cause. She's a force to reckon with. A voice to emulate and one that readily comes to mind when I talk about menstrual hygiene matters to others. A sister ready to give a hand and ear when ever possible. Sis Urmila emboldens the World Pulse spirit in all the ways that matter. Whether it is in uplifting and cheering sisters on or going across the globe to be there for another sister, I have seen her do all that by following her work keenly online. She's an ambassador, an encourager and a sister all roll into one and for this reason, I gladly nominate her for this ambassador award.
