A Journey of Womanhood

There are plenty of women's product out there from feminine hygiene to beautification. I, myself are into such vanity but not to the extend of having medical surgery. It is a choice that we have a life for us women to feel good about ourselves. However, not all women have this privileged in some parts of the world.

If I am stressed or burned out from work. I would usually go out and have some shopping, go to a salon for an overhaul beauty treatments, have a body massage at a spa, watch a movie, have an exercise work-out, into sports like swimming or playing golf, into travel to near out-of-town trips, read a good book, write into my blog or my infamous hobby is to eat a lot especially ice cream. I believe that there is so many things to be done in this world to create a better life for yourself and for others.

I am enjoying my life to be free and feel go about myself. Essence of a woman, for me, is to experience to become a mother someday. But, for now, being single with a relationship and enjoying life to the fullest. It is very important to be happy and be contented of life. I am blessed and be thankful.

In reading some of the articles here in World Pulse, I come to realized that women need to be inspire and remind them that women are not the weaker gender. Women have equal rights just like men in society. They have rights to be a woman, woman for the world in making a difference in their simple way.

Women are the ones who are giving birth, attending to the needs of the children, doing multi-tasking house chores, working to help in providing a well income family, being a good daughter, mother, sister, wife, friend, a boss, an employee, a student or in other words women have so many roles. The important is that she is giving birth that men cannot do this unless they have a scientific intervention.

I have studied at St. Scholastica's College, Manila since in the preparatory level to college plus another second college degree. This is run by the Benedictine sisters and this school is a private exclusive school for girls. Learned so much from Christian values and have empowered women.

For example, I have learned that if we get pregnant out of wed lock at an early age, we should not get into married life because of the only reason is that we are pregnant. After giving birth, then, the thinking process of decision if wanting to marry the father of child or not.

Pregnancy is the time of confusion and that the body of a woman changes due to a life that is inside of her. If she is pregnant, she should be happy and worry-free. The baby will feel whatever the mother is feeling. She will carry the child for nine months, which is almost a year. There are certain things to consider such as eating the right food in order for the baby to be healthy or listening for classical music for relaxation.

Others say that \"women are the weaker sex.\" If that is the case, women are always relying for their men around them in everything that they should do. Women are created not to be weak. Women are not products, trophies or objects for the world of men. They have their minds for the improvement of the next generations to come.
