About Me:
With over 15 years of development activism and enthusiasm, I keep focus on ways to enhance women's active involvement and leadership in development. We simply cannot look on as our sisters once again suffer from yet another blow -the digital divide. I was initially a social scientist but 10 years later decided to expand my horizon and I qualified as a Public Health scientist. The decision to delve into Public Health was premised partly on the need to consolidate my professional goals. Likewise, women need to be encouraged to keep expanding their skills base;digital awareness and uptake is an imperative skill set and a fundamental aspect of women's empowerment. Women have to get onto the digital boat.
